You can check your balance online through our Square gift card balance page, or ask any member of our team during your next visit. For e-gift cards, the original email includes your current balance after each use.
Digital e-gift cards are delivered almost instantly by email. You can also schedule delivery for a specific future date — helpful for birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays.
Everything we offer: coffee, pastries, manicures, pedicures, retail, and add-ons — plus drop-in childcare and the co-working space / focus room. They can use the full balance in one visit or spread it across many. It works in-store and for online bookings.
The one exception: gift cards are not valid toward private event or party rentals (bridal showers, baby showers, kids birthday parties, private nail parties, etc.).
No — our gift cards never expire and never lose value. They hold their balance forever, until the full amount is used. We get this question a lot, so to be absolutely clear: no expiration date, no inactivity fees, no dormancy charges — ever.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Once purchased, the balance stays on the card until redeemed. If you send a gift card to the wrong email, reach out and we'll help sort it out.
Physical cards are only available in-store. If you'd like one, stop by during our hours and we'll load any amount on a card for you. If you need a card gifted remotely, the digital e-gift card is the way to go.
Yes. You can apply a gift card when booking any service online. If you run into trouble at checkout, text our front desk at 833-375-5798 and we'll take care of it for you.
