Why is prepayment required when booking?
Prepayment is required through our booking platform, Square, to secure your appointment.
Our nail technicians are employees — not independent contractors — and receive professional training, structured schedules, and benefits. Prepayment protects their reserved time and allows us to manage the flow of check-ins across our multi-service space.
Are deposits refundable?
All services and deposits are non-refundable. However, depending on when you cancel, the value may be converted to an account credit for future use. See our cancellation policy below for full details.
Cancellations
What is the cancellation window?
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. With at least 48 hours' notice, the full value of your service will be converted to an account credit for future use.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a $35 fee, after which the remaining service value is preserved as an account credit.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for an account credit.
Service changes also require 48 hours' notice. While we'll try to accommodate additional services on the day of your appointment, we cannot reduce the originally scheduled service once it has begun.

Account Credits
How do account credits work?
When a qualifying cancellation is made, the service value is held as an account credit in your client profile on Square. Your credit can be applied toward any future booking.
- Valid for one year from the date of issue
- Non-refundable (cannot be converted to cash)
- Non-transferable
What if my nail technician becomes unavailable?
If a technician becomes unavailable due to illness or a scheduling conflict, our team will do our best to move your appointment to another qualified technician at the same time.
If that is not possible, we will offer the next available appointment and hold the spot while confirming with you. If the new time does not work for you, a refund may be requested in this case.
Late Arrivals
What happens if I arrive late?
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or canceled to stay on schedule for the next guest.
- Shortened service: No refund or credit will be issued for the reduced time.
- Canceled due to late arrival: Treated as a no-show — not eligible for a refund or account credit.
Packages & Events
Experience Packages
Experience packages are non-refundable. We are not able to offer refunds or account credits for experience packages at this time.
Bundle Packages
Bundle packages are non-refundable. We are not able to offer refunds for bundle packages at this time.
Special Pop-Up Events
Special pop-up event tickets and registrations are non-refundable.
Childcare
What if my child wakes up sick on the day of my appointment?
We know things come up — especially with little ones. If your child is not feeling well, please call or text us and we will happily reschedule your appointment or issue a gift card for the childcare reservation cost.
Our top priority is the safety of your child and other children at The Lullabar.

What if my child had difficulty during childcare and had to be picked up early?
We understand that not every space feels right for every child on every day. If your child was not comfortable during their first experience, we are happy to offer a gift card for the reservation cost so you may try again.
We've found that it sometimes takes a few visits before a child feels fully at ease in a new environment.

Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to the $35 fee noted in the cancellation policy above.
