Technicians experienced in Russian manicures and dry pedicures are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our team and provide clients with high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments. This role also helps maintain smooth salon operations, uphold cleanliness standards, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver manicures and pedicures (nail shaping, cuticle care, polish, treatments)
- Apply artificial nails, designs, and nail art
- Advise clients on nail health and treatments
- Maintain inventory of nail supplies
- Sanitize all instruments and maintain a clean, orderly workstation
- Provide warm, professional service that builds client loyalty
- Support smooth check-ins, bookings, and salon SOPs
- Report workflow issues or accidents to management
Requirements
- Valid California Manicurist/Cosmetologist license
- Knowledge of a wide range of nail techniques (Russian manicures and dry pedicures a plus)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
What a Day Looks Like at The Lullabar
- Review bookings with the front desk team
- Welcome and check in clients
- Provide manicures, pedicures, and reflexology chair massages
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Sanitize tools and follow safety protocols
