Now, parents and caregivers can enjoy consistent weekly childcare while their little ones have a blast at our play space classes. Our membership allows parents to work in our cafe while their children play nearby.

We’re not just a coworking space; we’re a supportive community where parents can connect.

With our monthly memberships, you can also enjoy exclusive discounts in our nail salon and special events.


How our co-working membership works

Our co-working program offers flexible childcare options tailored to your schedule. By default, once you become a member, the front desk will enroll you in our morning childcare sessions, comprising:

  • 9:00 am – 11:00 am: A 2-hour childcare session
  • 11:15 am – 12:15 pm: A 1-hour session

With an optional 15-minute break between sessions for snacks and bathroom time. These morning slots are in high demand and are automatically allocated to members to ensure availability.

Should you require alternative time slots, simply contact our front desk via phone or email, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your preferences. Check out our weekly childcare schedule.

What are the benefits of being a member?

How to sign up:

Follow these steps to enroll in The Lullabar membership: 

STEP 1 | CHOOSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE

Opt for a 3-hour childcare session, tailoring it to your preferred childcare frequency – whether it’s once, twice, three, or four times a week. 

STEP 2 | FILL OUT THE CONTACT FORM

Submit the form, and our front desk will contact you within 24 hours to guide you through the sign-up process. 

STEP 3 | CONFIRM YOUR RECURRING DAY AND TIME

During the call, our front desk will verify childcare availability for your chosen day and time each week. Once confirmed, they’ll secure your spot for the following month.

Our Referral Program

Our Membership Referral Program is your opportunity to earn a $100 Gift Certificate simply by referring a new member to our community.

How it Works

When you refer a friend or family member to obtain a new monthly membership at The Lullabar, you both reap the rewards. Here’s a simple breakdown of the program rules:

1. Referral Reward: As the referring member, you can earn a generous $100 Gift Certificate for every successful referral. Gift certificates may be redeemed for our services only, which include childcare and parent & child open play sessions, nail treatments in our nail salon, and classes/events in our workshop room. This does not include cafe or retail items.

2. Eligibility: To qualify, the referred individual must be a new member who has not previously held a membership at The Lullabar.

3. Notification: The new member must list you as the referring member in an email sent to bookings@thelullabar.com within 24 hours of their membership subscription. Please note that we cannot retroactively process reward requests after this time.

4. Membership Payment: Both the new member and the referring member must have paid their membership fees in full before the $100 Gift Certificate is issued.

Why have you changed your membership structure?

We’ve updated our membership structure to offer parents and caregivers the convenience of consistent weekly childcare.. With our membership, this ensures that your spot is reserved, providing peace of mind and reliability. In addition, this extended childcare duration allows parents to have an uninterrupted block of time to concentrate on their work. By offering this service, we aim to support parents in balancing their work commitments while ensuring their child is well-cared for in a supervised environment.

Is the co-working membership just for parents who work? 

No, the co-working membership is not limited to parents who work. Whether you’re seeking a consistent weekly schedule to utilize our services, get your nails done, or simply wish to relax in our cafe space, you’re welcome to sign up for membership!

What ages are eligible for childcare services?

Childcare services are available for children aged 10 months to 5 years. Here’s more information on our childcare services.

What is the child-to-childcare attendant ratio?

Our child-to-childcare attendant ratio is 1 attendant per 3 crawlers and 1 attendant per 5 walkers.

What activities will my child be doing during childcare?

At The Lullabar, we provide a diverse range of activities to keep your child engaged and entertained throughout their time in our childcare program. Our daily schedule offers a dynamic and stimulating routine that may vary slightly each day. Here are some of the activities your child can expect to participate in:

Am I in a contract?

You are not bound by a contract; your membership is month-to-month. You may cancel anytime after the first month. However, we do require at least one week’s notice before your membership auto-renews.

Does the membership include Parent & Child open-play classes?

Yes! Please see the breakdown of how many are included with each membership package above.

Do I have to use my Parent & Child open play within the month?

Yes, parent and child open play does not roll over to the next month.

If I don’t use my Parent & Child sessions, can I transfer them over to childcare?

No, parent and child sessions cannot be transferred to childcare.

If the morning childcare session doesn’t work for me, can I still use my membership credits for a different time? 

Yes! You can utilize your membership credits for alternative time block sessions. We offer 2-hour and 1-hour childcare options during weekdays and weekends (subject to availability). Please contact us at 858-345-2283, and our front desk team will be delighted to assist you in scheduling an alternative session.

Does each child need a membership account? 

Yes, we require each child to have their own membership account.

Do the memberships include sibling discounts?

Yes! You will receive a 10% discount on your second child and a 15% discount on your third child. To obtain a membership for a sibling, please email bookings@thelullabar.com and the front desk will secure it for you.

Am I required to book beauty services or classes each month?

Not if you don’t want to! But the discount is there if you want it.

If I cancel my membership, do I lose my unused childcare sessions and Parent & Child open play?

Yes, all unused childcare and parent and child open play sessions cannot be used if you are not an active member.

Am I able to pause my membership?

No, we do not offer the option to pause memberships. All unused childcare and Parent & Child open play sessions cannot be used if you are not an active member.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, please send an email to bookings@thelullabar.com. If we do not receive a cancellation email at least 1 week before your membership auto-renews, it will be renewed automatically. We kindly ask that all cancellation requests be submitted via email; phone calls will not be accepted.

Am I able to pick up my child earlier than 12:15?

Yes! You may pick up any time before 12:15 pm

Do I get a discount if I just need the 2-hour childcare?

Unfortunately, no. Our co-working membership is based on a 3-hour session. However, if you don’t use the last hour of the 3-hour session, we can schedule a 1-hour session for you at a different time during the week or weekend (subject to availability). Please call our front desk, and we would be happy to assist you in rescheduling.

Alternatively, you have the option to purchase a bundle instead of the membership. However, please note that this option does not save your spot or provide any of the membership perks.

Am I able to book childcare myself with my membership?

No, you cannot book childcare directly. Please contact us via phone or email, and our front desk will be happy to schedule your childcare session for you.

Is the co-working program only for the morning childcare session?

Currently, we offer consistent 3-hour childcare blocks in the morning during the week. However, you can certainly schedule the later childcare times if the afternoon works better for you. We also offer separate 2-hour and 1-hour childcare options for your convenience. You may find our childcare schedule here. Please call our front desk and we would be happy to assist.

Three hours is a little long for my child to stay in a play session. If I don’t use the last hour, what happens to that credit?

If you don’t use the last hour of the 3-hour session, we can schedule a 1-hour session for you at a different time during the week or weekend (subject to availability). Please call our front desk, and we would be happy to assist you in rescheduling.

If we can’t make our childcare session and have to cancel the same day, are we able to receive our membership credit back?

No problem! We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your childcare session on the same day, please call us to reschedule for a different day and time. You have up to a month after a missed session to re-book it. However, after a month, the credit does not roll over.

If I am traveling and know I won’t be able to use all my remaining credits, can I receive those credits via store credit?

Please email us at Bookings@thelullabar.com and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

My child has been sick, and we have not been able to use any of our membership credits. Are we able to request an extension for our credits not to expire? Or is there an alternative solution to accommodate?
