Join us for a rejuvenating and intimate experience at our Couple Connection Workshop with Vous Wellness. In the midst of your busy lives as parents, take a well-deserved two-hour break to reconnect and pamper yourselves.

Workshop Highlights & Schedule:
- Partner Stretch: Embrace a new level of connection as you lean on your partner in a unique way during this yoga class. Discover the art of listening to your body.
- Massage Class and Craniosacral Therapy: Learn the art of stress relief and relaxation as you engage in this interactive workshop. Discover how to ease tension and massage your partner with expert guidance. Following the workshop, all guests will also receive a soothing Craniosacral massage from our skilled Massage Therapist, Kendall.
- Connection and Conversation, and Closing Engage in reflective journaling sessions where you’ll explore various topics independently and share your insights with each other. Conclude with a serene meditation and breathwork session, leaving you feeling calm and deeply connected. Enjoy a complimentary Tea to round off your experience!
Childcare Option: Childcare services are available from 3 PM to 5 PM for $35, if needed. Must be booked separately.
