General Information
Our Mommy and Me classes are generally suitable for babies and toddlers, from 6 weeks old up to 3 years old. However, age recommendations may vary depending on the specific class. Please check the class details when booking.
No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are beginner-friendly and tailored to meet the needs of both moms and their little ones, whether you’re new to the activity or have some experience.
For most classes, we recommend bringing a baby carrier (if needed), a water bottle, and any essentials your baby might need, such as diapers, wipes, and a favorite toy or blanket. Specific class requirements will be mentioned in the class description.
Each class typically lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour, allowing enough time for both moms and babies to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
Absolutely! While these classes are designed with moms in mind, dads and other caregivers are more than welcome to join in on the fun.
You can book any of our Mommy and Me classes through our website by following the booking link. Simply select the class you’re interested in, choose a convenient time slot, and complete the booking process. If you need help booking, please email us at bookings@thelullabar.com.
Class sizes are kept small to ensure personalized attention and a comfortable environment for you and your baby. Typically, classes have a maximum of 8 participants, except for prenatal classes which may be up to 10-12.
It's no big deal! Our instructors understand that babies can be unpredictable. You’re free to step out, tend to your baby’s needs, and rejoin the class when you’re ready.
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We maintain a clean and sanitized environment, and our instructors are trained to ensure a safe experience for all participants. If you or your baby have any specific health concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before attending.
If you’re expecting, we recommend joining our prenatal yoga classes, which are specifically designed for pregnant moms. However, some of our Mommy and Me classes may also be suitable—just be sure to check with the instructor beforehand.
We understand that life with a baby can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the class to avoid any charges.
