Our Membership Referral Program is your opportunity to earn a $100 Gift Certificate simply by referring a new member to our community.
How it Works
When you refer a friend or family member to obtain a new monthly membership at The Lullabar, you both reap the rewards. Here’s a simple breakdown of the program rules:
1. Referral Reward: As the referring member, you can earn a generous $100 Gift Certificate for every successful referral. Gift certificates may be redeemed for our services only, which include childcare and parent & child open play sessions, nail treatments in our nail salon, and classes/events in our workshop room. This does not include cafe or retail items.
2. Eligibility: To qualify, the referred individual must be a new member who has not previously held a membership at The Lullabar.
3. Notification: The new member must list you as the referring member in an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of their membership subscription. Please note that we cannot retroactively process reward requests after this time.
4. Membership Payment: Both the new member and the referring member must have paid their membership fees in full before the $100 Gift Certificate is issued.

Do unused childcare classes roll over into the next month?
I have one child. Which membership is best for me?
It depends on how frequently you want to visit The Lullabar! The Starter membership is ideal for a parent wanting 1 two-hour childcare session weekly. If you have multiple kids, we suggest moving up to the Essential membership to take advantage of the sibling discounts that were applied.
Do the memberships include sibling discounts?
If you have more than one child, we recommend starting with the Essential membership, which offers at least 8 two-hour play space classes a month, allowing you to book childcare for two children 4x a month or once a week. Essential/Luxe/Ultimate packages are all ideal for families with multiple children.
Am I required to book beauty services or classes each month?
Not if you don’t want to! But the discount is there if you want it.
Does the membership include Parent & Tot classes?
No, not at this time.
If I cancel my membership, do I lose my unused classes?
In Vagaro, you lose unused classes once you cancel your membership. However, we would happily provide credit for the remaining classes. Please get in touch with us before canceling your memberships so we can do that for you!
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership or package subscription on Vagaro.com or the Vagaro app, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Vagaro account.
- Navigate to the “My Account” section.
- Select “Memberships” or “Packages” from the menu.
- Locate the membership or package you wish to cancel.
- Click on the “Cancel” or “Unsubscribe” button next to the membership or package.
- Follow any additional prompts or instructions to complete the cancellation process.
