This class is ideal for mamas who are in the fourth trimester (within the first 12 weeks postpartum) to learn more about what they can do to optimize their postpartum recovery. However, anyone that might want to learn more about their postpartum body can come!

- How to check for diastasis recti (ab separation)
- Basic foundational core and pelvic floor exercises for early postpartum
