A fun, low-impact dance experience that invites you to connect through babywearing, dance, and movement in a fun, soulful way! Experience the joy of dance and movement while bonding with the baby and other moms! No dance experience is necessary. Bring your wrap or carrier; if needed, I will have extra wraps/carriers. Please arrive 10 mins before the start of the workshop if you need assistance with your carrier/wrap.
